Due to growth, our client is currently searching for a Continuous Improvement Coordinator. The current opening is for a Continuous Improvement Coordinator. Main duties include:
- Design, build, and implement lean initiatives throughout the manufacturing facility
- Facilitate improvement efforts such as Kaizen, 5S, and more
- Train employees in lean and continuous improvement methodology
- Lead and participate in ongoing improvement projects
- Establish metrics to monitor and sustain improvements
- Improve safety, reduce costs, increase production efficiency
Qualifications include:
- A degree in a technical field preferred, or equivalent work experience
- Lean or Six Sigma certifications
- Strong knowledge of lean and 5S manufacturing techniques
- Ability to teach and train others effectively
- Excellent problem-solving ability, analytical
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
