- Medical, dental, etc.Duties and responsibilities of the Quality Supervisor include:
- Coaching, training and mentoring Quality Associates
- Leading quality improvements
- Finding root cause of issues and implementing corrective actions
- Using quality control tools
- Investigating and resolving issues
- Preparing quality documentation and paperwork (FMEA, Control Plans, CPK)
Requirements for the Quality Supervisor position include:
- A degree is preferred, not required
- Previous supervisory experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Previous automotive quality manufacturing experience
- Experience with PPAP, 8D, FMEA, SPC, CpK analysis, etc. Any quality certifications are a plus (ISO auditor, CQE, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Some relocation assistance will be provided
